• Attention cupcake lovers! The Real Deal reports that Sierra helped our fave bakery, Sprinkles Cupcakes to lease 780 Lexington Avenue, across the street from Bloomie's.

• Real Estate Weekly's On the Scene writes about Sierra's Barry Sanet as the exclusive agent for Renaissance Studios at 130 West 57th Street -- exciting mixed use with some very glamorous retailers --
